Last chance for Barrie Colts tickets, Run for the cure team raises $2300, We Scare Hunger event

Tomorrow (Wednesday, October 5) is the last day to purchase Barrie Colts tickets for Holy Cross night at the Barrie Colts on October 13th. Please send your completed forms and money with your child to school tomorrow if you are interested in getting tickets. Tickets will be ordered tomorrow so late request will not be honoured. It promises to be a fun night. Hope to see you there.
The Holy Cross RUN FOR THE CURE team raises over $2300!
Congratulations to Mr. Brousseau and his run team for once again winning the Run for the Cure school challenge. For 5 years in a row, the Holy Cross team has raised the most money of all the schools that participated…. over $2300!! Special note goes to Joshua Baxter, a grade 4 student, who raised $686.50 for The Cure. Way to go Joshua! The Team has raised more than $20,000 over the last 8 years.
We are very proud of our students for their awesome contribution to cancer research. Thanks to Mr. Brousseau for your leadership on this worthwhile cause!
BOO! We Scare Hunger!!!!
The Holy Cross Me to We team is currently collecting food for the Innisfil Food Bank. We will be collecting dried foods, canned foods, powdered and evaporated milk, pasta, peanut butter and other non-perishable foodstuffs to help refill the shelves of our local food bank after Thanksgiving. Donations will be accepted up till Friday the 28th of October.
Together, we can scare hunger!
